Sponsorship Includes Live Activation with the Kenmore Brand in 10 Markets, Unique Video Content and a Digital Sweepstakes

NEW YORK and MILWAUKEE – (September 22, 2016) Taste of Home, a Trusted Media Brands, Inc. (TMBI) company and among the leading multi-platform producers of information on food, cooking and entertaining, today announced its first-ever collaboration with the Kenmore brand for its Taste of Home Cooking School. The Taste of Home Cooking School is among America’s leading cooking school programs, inspiring more than 140,000 passionate home cooks each year at 200 live events across the country.

The national relationship includes both digital components and hands-on experiences reaching food, cooking and entertaining enthusiasts throughout the U.S. The Taste of Home Cooking School will feature a suite of Kenmore PRO® kitchen appliances in its interactive, live cooking show in 10 locations across the U.S. as well as in Taste of Home Cooking School Magazine and on tasteofhome.com.

Kenmore PRO’s stainless steel single and double-wall ovens, electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and self-cleaning gas free standing range oven will be showcased during live cooking segments led by Taste of Home culinary specialists in Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New Mexico, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Taste of Home Cooking School dates and locations around the country can be found on the Cooking School website.

Video content featuring Kenmore products will also be shown during Taste of Home Cooking School events in 20 additional markets. This video content will feature culinary specialists from the Taste of Home Cooking School using and referencing Kenmore appliances within each segment. The video markets include cities in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin, as well as many others around the country.

As part of the campaign’s digital component, the Kenmore brand created the “Kenmore Kitchen Upgrade” Sweepstakes, in which one winner will receive a brand new suite of Kenmore PRO appliances or a suite of Kenmore Elite® appliances, valued at up to $10,000.
